Motorcycle Ministries Contemporary Worship Service, Sunday Nights, 7 PM at Oak Grove UMC.  Fellowship prior to and immediately after.  ALL ARE WELCOME!!

READ THE BIBLE IN 2012, Pastor Ray is challenging us to read the Bible in 2012.  For daily readings visit "The One Year Bible Online.Com".

UMYF and Children's Ministry, Monday Nights, 6 PM at Oak Grove UMC.  Available to all school age children and YOUTH.

Choir Practice Monday Nights, 7 PM at Oak Grove UMC (Chapanoke).

Bible Study, Monday's, 7:30 PM, here at Oak Grove UMC.

Food collection for the needy.  There is a box in the entrance of our church for your donations.  Non Perishable Food, Clothes, Shoes, Video Games, Yard Sale Stuff.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Sunday, January 29th, 9 AM, SINGSPIRATION.  New for 2012, we will be doing "5th Sunday Singspirations".  Come out and here some great singing by local talent.  Also plan to stay and enjoy a great breakfast afterwards.

Monday, Jan 30, 7:30 PM, Admin Board / Planning Meeting at Oak Grove UMC. This is where we plan our upcoming events. We NEED YOUR INPUT. Please come out and support YOUR church. ALL ARE INVITED!!

Thursday, February 9th, 4 PM, Perquimans Mobile Food Pantry Distribution. 3:30 PM to set up, distribution from 4 PM to 6:00 PM. On Grubb Street in Hertford, at the old Harris Shopping Center (Between the Fire Dept. and the Railroad Tracks). A group of local Church's purchase the food from The Food Bank Of The Albemarle, and distribute it to those in need on the SECOND THURSDAY of every month. All Food Is FREE. The only requirement is a valid Perquimans County ID.

Sunday, February 12th, 9 AM, Gideon Sunday.  We will have a Gideon Speaker at all three services.

Sunday, February 19th, 9 AM, New Member Sunday.  Let Pastor Ray know if you are interested in joining our membership.

Sunday, February 26th, 3 PM, District Laity Expo at First UMC in Elizabeth City.

Saturday, March 10th, 8-5, Lay Speaker Training at Mt. Olivet UMC in Manteo.  Let Pastor Ray know if you are interested.
